Hi, I want an automatic answer from “autoresponder” for requests from the contact form. I filled in everything but testing the contact form I did not get an automatic answer.

Best regards, NikolausNovember 22, 2018 at 7:40 pm #1036752I have tested the contact form several times. I noticed that the screen message: “Your message was sent.” is not always displayed.
November 22, 2018 at 7:51 pm #1036762Further tests show, that after the first time sending an eMail via ContactForm, the second usage fail.

NikolausDecember 1, 2018 at 6:48 pm #1039710Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I have tested your contact form using the WP Mail Log plugin that you installed, what it shows is that the contact form is sending the first message but not the autoresponder, which would show in the mail log plugin, but it is not giving any errors, also you are not getting ant errors from the page/site.
This tells me that the error is in WordPress itself, not in the mail server. I didn’t find any customizations in the functions.php
I suspect your Redux plugin since that is just about your only plugin, but typically Redux is part of something else, which is why it doesn’t have an un-installer. Please try to un-install.Best regards,
MikeDecember 3, 2018 at 12:16 pm #1040237Hi Mike,
thank you for your report. I’m wondering abut Redux Plugin, I never installed something calles like that.
Here the history goes:
Installed WordPress latest version 4.9.8
then Enfold-Theme
and imported “Enfold One Page Demo” via Enfold-Dashboard.
That’s all.
I don’t know where to try to un-install “Redux” Plugin.

NikolausDecember 3, 2018 at 1:26 pm #1040263Hi,
I would try to FTP in to your plugin folder \wp-content\plugins\
and rename the redux folder to something else, it will disable it, if you find that you need it for something, then rename it back.Best regards,
MikeDecember 3, 2018 at 2:00 pm #1040274Hi Mike,
thank you, the only Redux Folder I found, is within the plugin “WP Mail Logging”. But the Error with Enfold Contact Form was there before I installed the Plugin for logging an error.
It is just something strange?!

NikolausDecember 3, 2018 at 2:10 pm #1040282Hi Mike,
I’ve tried it. WP Mail Logging deactivated und Redux Folder renamend. Nothing changed. No Autoresponder, no second Use of Contact Form possible. So it looks like to install an extra Plugin for Contact Form?!
Best regards,
NikolausDecember 3, 2018 at 9:11 pm #1040473Hi Mike,
I’ve de-installed Reduxe by de-installing “WP Mail Logging”. So “all clean”.
AND I’ve de-activated all other Plugins.
Test: Enfold Contact Form
Result: NO auto-replay.
Do you’ve another idea? I want to use Enfold contact-form because to keept it simple, do avoid to install further plugins.
Thank you.

NikolausDecember 5, 2018 at 4:18 am #1041060Hi,
How about that, I didn’t know WP Mail Logging used the Reduxe framework.
I’m going to ask the rest of the team to take a look at this issue, thanks for your patience.
also it seems that the login doesn’t work right now, please check so the team can login.Best regards,

Do you already have a feedback for me?
Best regards,
NikolausDecember 11, 2018 at 2:09 pm #1043759Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I found the fix. You have to make sure the EMAIL Address –> says validate email address in the Contact Form, this will fix the autoresponder issue.
I tested your form and it’s now working, please check.Best regards,
MikeDecember 11, 2018 at 5:01 pm #1043857Hi Mike,
