    Hi there,

    my contactform looks great and if i fill in all the forms en press send it works (although so it seems). The contactform says it succeeded en i get the message that its send. So no problems there i guess. But i never receive a mail in my inbox. What is the problem here? I have used both our business email and Gmail.

    Please help! The site is online since today and it would be disapointing for customers to think they have send us an email but it never comes in our inbox.

    Hey Zijlstra!

    You will need to verify wether your mail settings are correctly defined.

    Try installing https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp and test send an email.

    Veify the SMTP settings from your web host as well to make sure you are using the correct ports.
