    Hello,
    Is it possible to remove unchecked checkboxes from the email the contactform sends, instead of using false?

    Also is it possible to include html elements in the email, because I use html text to add structure, wich is now missing from the email the contactform sends.

    These are not available in the contact form. You may find these features in Contact Form 7 https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
