    FYI – SMTP WordPress plugin is working fine…

    Mail still not coming through the contact page. Is there any log I can check?

    Just thought I’d update and let you know disabling all the plugins does not seem to fix anything. Are you able to take a more in-depth look?

    Hi,

    I’m not sure what’s going wrong there but I think your hosting provider will since they have access to error logs for the site, could you try contacting them to see if they can give you any answers maybe?

    Whatr logs should we be checking? Like I said, email goes out of Contact Form 7 fine. But using that contact form, it doesn’t work anymore. It was working until the recent update.

    We ended up putting a contact from 7 in place of the Enfold page. Worked right away, with the WP-MAIL-SMTP plugin, which was also enabled with the contact page.

    Same from addresses, same to addresses.

    Something is broken in Enfold.

    Hi,

    Enfold contact page is using WordPress’s default settings. So if it’s not working, then your server is blocking it somehow. It works fine for us and thousands of other customers. Though I’m happy that you found a solution which works for you.
