Hi we have enfold set up on wordpress.

The contact page does not send the email through to assigned email address, although will send through to personnel email.

Is there an issue or fix around this..

Hi Yigit..

I have installed Easy WP SMTP..

No luck with receiving..? even though set up as email settings..

I could send a screen grab or let you see access..

Hey!

What is the email address that you are using? Please contact your hosting provider and ask them for any related email limitations in your server. What happens if you follow step number 2 (Check if WordPress is able to send e-mails)?

Hi..

Using (Email address hidden if logged out)

Spoken with names.co.uk who are looking at the server settings..but odd it will work with my mac mail but not business mail..

It should work now, needed to add this:
```
function change_cf_from() {
	return " (Email address hidden if logged out) ";
}
add_filter('avf_form_from', 'change_cf_from', 10);
```

Hi Josue,

Sorry for the late reply..

But have been bouncing around other projects instead of looking after our own site..

Tested the email and this..hasnt worked..

Can you check from your end..and see if there is another fix for this..

Managed to work with my .me.com address..but not (Email address hidden if logged out) ..

Hi Jim,

No, unfortunately there is nothing we can from our end to fix this, it’s more of an issue with your mail service provider.
