    My contact page keeps disappearing every time that I make a change. Can I get some help with this please.

    Hey keyannam10,

    I edited the Special Header on the top of your page and it saved fine and nothing disappeared. Could you try to explain a bit further please? If you are having problems with a specific element then you could try to delete and recreate it to see if that helps.

    That is just it. There was an entire page created. Not just the header. If you go back in and load the template “Contact1”, you will see the full page. Save that and see if it stays. This is what keeps disappearing.

    Hi,

    I see, please check for unclosed html markup. I saw an unclosed strong tag in the heading for instance: 

    <strong>Contact Us<strong>

    Properly closed: 

    <strong>Contact Us</strong>

    If that doesn’t work then please try to recreate the page in question. You might want to consider using the 1/3 element as well instead of the Grid Row.

    I’m not sure if you understand what I am saying…? I previously had a full contact page there. If you go to the page and load the template that I had to save, you will see a full page of contact info. I am not talking about the header right now. Load the template named: Contact1 under templates on the page editor. Again, I am not talking about the header. The header is the only thing that saves when you click update. Please, forget about the header right now and load the template then try to click update.

    Hi,

    I asked you to check for unclosed html markup because it breaks the builder and that’s why content is disappearing. So, please check that all your added html markup is closed properly. You might want to consider rebuilding the page without adding any to make sure it works as expected.

    Hey,

    Great, please let us know if you should have any further help on the topic. The builder can be a bit sensitive to unclosed markup so please pay close attention to it if should add any markup at all. Save and check the page as often as you can as well so that you know as soon as possible if anything is breaking or not.
