How can i get a contact form into the sidebar without using a plugin?

If you enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then you can copy the contact form shortcode into a sidebar widget.
