    I’ve set up an event for our members with online registration here:

    The problem is that some registrations slip through, without the responsible event manager receiving an email, as set up in the module. I did a quick test, and 5 of 6 got through, the 6th was lost. This makes is a real hazzle for our members and us as administrators, do you have a fix for this?

    That does not sound like a theme issue. You’ll want to contact the plugin authors.

    It’s no plugin, it’s the contact formula (Content elements) that comes with the theme.

    Hey Yigit,

    Haven’t seen that thread, but I can see that it doesn’t apply to my situation, since some mails do get through. It’s roughly 15-20 % that is never received. So WordPress is able to send mails, and the send button works and all that.

    does the same happen when you activate a default WordPress theme? let us know about your results please.
