    I’m using your Enfold Contact Form on several sites and I’ve just tested the Contact Forms and none of then are working any more. I’ve checked that the email adress is correct but I’m not receiving any emails in my inbox or my spam mail. I haven’t made any changes to the sites except from updating the Child Theme, WordPress and the plugins.

    Can you help?

    Hey AnineOlsen,

    This is possibly something that may need to be addressed with your host also. Some web hosts block PHP web forms unless requested otherwise. I know you mentioned they may have been working before but you want to make sure no hosting changes were made.

    Hi Jordan,

    As fare as I know there have not been made any hosting changes and the 2 sites are hosted by different companies.

    Any solutions? Or is there another Contact Form plugin that I could use which works good with the Enfold theme?

    Hi,

    Outside of contacting the hosts, you could try Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms. They both work well with Enfold. Although if this turns out to be a hosting problem they may have issues delivering as well.

    So if Gravity Forms or Ninja Forms don’t work I should contact the hosts and ask them to unblock Php web forms? Is that understood correctly ?

    Hi,

    You could try following this: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/, if that doesn’t work and a contact form plugin is not sending any emails either, then there is likely something which needs to be reconfigured on the mail server in question.

    Hello,

    I have also the problem that no one of my contact forms (many different domains) will not working. At one of the form, I cannot push the send button. It has no function.

    I have already tried the plugin “Contact Form 7” at it works! It seems, that it is a problem with Enfold.

    I think, I can figure it out a bit. On one of my webseite with Enfold 4.1.2 it works without problems! The Problem is only in version 4.2 !!

    Anybody an idea?
