Contact Forms NOT WORKING

I have 3 contact forms on a site (Enfold). Basic ‘contact us’ works fine.
The other 2 forms are more complex in that they have several input fields, most of which have select elements and a date picker. Both of these forms do not work – they appear to have been sent from the site but they do not appear in any inboxes anywhere.
The forms are being sent fine – verified with CFDB plugin. And verified with site host.
Recipient e-mail host is not blocking at all – tested and verified yesterday.

Exactly the same scenario when using icloud / gmail / hotmail as the recipient – basic form gets through, complex forms do not.
THIS IS A THEME ISSUE.
Please help.
