Contact Forms Not Showing On Pages

Hi

I was wondering why I haven’t been getting too many client enquiries recently, and have just noticed that, although the contact forms I set up are still there when I edit the pages, they are not showing when the page is viewed. I have deactivated all plugins and it makes no difference.
