I am having the same problem that several others seem to be having. My contact forms have suddenly stopped sending emails consistently. They do seem to work occasionally, however. I am not sure how long this has been happening. As a first attempt to solve the problem, I upgraded to the latest version of Enfold today. After upgrading the two forms I have on my site both worked on the first attempt. They have since stopped working, however.
I have looked over the instructions at:
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
1. There are no typos.
2. I am not receiving emails from the “Reset Password” link on log in page.
3. There do not appear to be JavaScript issues as the submit buttons work and the form submission response messages are printed when the user submits.
4. Haven’t had a chance to try yet, but would prefer not to use CF7.
5. I couldn’t get this to work.

Hi eqira!
can you please try using the following plugin
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
and let us know if the emails working fine, after that?
Regards,
Basilis
I’m thinking that the problem is probably not an Enfold issue. When I change the email address to which the form sends the captured information to a Gmail address instead of an email address on my domain, everything works fine. Not sure if this is a Siteground or Office365 issue. I will use the Gmail address for the time being though.
