My website has been working properly for the past year. Lately, I have been experiencing problems with contact forms in side bar (gadgets) and in my contact us page (both Farsi and English version of my website)
Both the theme and wordpress are up to date. I de-activated all the plugins to see if the problem would go but it is still there.

Can you please update Enfold to the latest version 3.3.2 firstly – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

There seems to be some problems on that page since your 1/2 layout is not applying properly. I tried adding a contact form above the one you have now and that displayed fine though, could you try recreating the page to see if that helps please?

There are several pages with the same problem. Do you want me to recreate all those pages?
On this page the contact form is not shown: Contact us

Also the side bar contact form is now put in a code block. otherwise it doesn’t work too.
I think this is a serious problem and you might want your developers take a look at it.

I checked your links but the contact form is displaying fine on all of them. Did you get this sorted?
There was a bug in a previous version of WordPress and Enfold where the contact form and other elements were not displayed so it’s most likely that you just needed to update the theme and clear your cache.
