Contact Form works, but editing shows blank fields

We created a contact form that works as originally configured. However, when opening up the form to edit it, the only values that match what is configured are the “Contact Form Elements”.

The following fields show default values, instead of the values that are configured (and working). This makes it hard to update forms as we have to remember all the settings to make any changes:

• Your email address
• Form Title
• Submit Button Label
• What should happen once the form…
• Message Sent label… (and if redirected, all the redirect fields also default)
• All subsequent fields

In fact, it’s easier to state that the ONLY field that shows actual configured values is “Add/Edict Contact Form Elements
