Hey there,
I have set up a contact form on my home page, using the default email only contact form. I’d like to have it so that the user is redirected to a longer form, but with the email address now pre-populated on this second form.
I would still like to get an email as soon as the user submits the first basic contact form.
The first form is basically a gateway to the second form, but if someone gets put off by the longer form or for some other reason doesn’t complete I still have a means of contacting them
Hi lisac83!
Thank you for using Enfold.
If you want the user to be redirected to another page, edit the contact form element then set the “What should happen once the form gets sent?” to “Redirect users to another page”. Unfortunately, we might not be able to provide a custom script to pre-populate the email field. You can add a small note or info on top of the contact form.
Best regards,
Ismael
