    I’ve started receiving daily spam from my Enfold-based contact form, even with the Captcha. I’m seeking suggestions for what you’ve found effective to avoid this — a third-party contact form? Some other method of obfuscation? Thanks in advance!

    We will inform our devs regarding the issue.
    In the meantime, you can try using a plugin such as this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-spamshield/

    the same on some of my sites. I´ve switched now to contact form 7 and hope this will solve the problem until your devs will find a solution.

    As of yesterday, I’m having the same spam problem. The simple math problem Captcha doesn’t stop it. Any updates on fixes?

    My site is http://www.traditions.com. As of yesterday, I replaced the Enfold contact form with the Contact Form 7 plugin using reCAPTCHA. Totally solved the problem.

    One thing that I found interesting is that while I was figuring out how to use the Contact Form 7 plugin, I created a test page on the site that had no links to it. Within minutes the bots that were spamming my site found the test page and started using that in their spam attack (before I enabled reCAPTCHA). Bizarre stuff happening on the internet these days.

    As suggested by prior posters, you guys really need to implement reCAPTCHA in your contact form. If you do this, we’ll go back to using your form. Otherwise, we don’t have a choice; we will need to stick with CF7.

    Just a note that I’ve been receiving spam through my basic Enfold contact form, too. I’ve just re-launched site, mostly with dummy content at the moment, but am looking at going “public” with the launch soon and need contact form to be dialed in. Are plans in the works to update Enfold captcha?
