Using Enfold Contact Form, and the email is normal email( not (Email address hidden if logged out) )Test times, sender got auto reply from : (Email address hidden if logged out) :
Hi, We’ve got your message and one of our representitive will come back to your ASAP…but the point is, we didn’t receive that email at all.
Tried solutions(documentation) offering and search the forums for similar problems.

It could be due to various reason please check the enfold form if it is sending to your email address ending with gmail or yahoo to make sure the email server at yoursite.com is working correctly.

Have you checked your spam folder? Is the email address working if you use the Contact Form 7 plugin?

tried the contact form 7 , and still, the sender can get the auto reply, but I didn’t get any email from the sender, checked the spam folder and all the places it might stay.
I found something wrong here, maybe this is the problem??
the email (auto reply to the sender) is not the same as the administrator’s email
Where Can I change it ??
I would like to change the default email as (Email address hidden if logged out)
and the auto reply email can be (Email address hidden if logged out) instead of (Email address hidden if logged out)BY THE WAY, I prefer to use Enfold email instead of contact form 7 plugin
so I hope any other third party plugin is not the final solution.

tried the contact form 7 , and still, the sender can get the auto reply, but I didn’t get any email from the sender, checked the spam folder and all the places it might stay.
If this is still not working with the plugin then there’s something wrong with your email server. We cannot pinpoint the issue exactly so you will probably need additional help from your hosting provider.

Did you add any filters in the functions.php file? Maybe, that is where the (Email address hidden if logged out) is coming from.
