Hi!
I’d like to have a contact form on a page that requires a name and valid email address where the user can pick an option from the Select Element dropdown list, then have the user sent to another page based on what the user selected in the dropdown.
Make sense?
Basically, the user would put in their name and email address, then select an option from the dropdown list. If the user selects option “A” from the dropdown list, then the user would be forwarded to abc.com/A.htm, or if the user selects option “123” from the list, then the user would be forwarded to abc.com/123.htm.

Hi Scott!
That would take a lot of time and code so it would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization. Or you could try finding a contact form plugin that does this but I’m not sure of any that I can recommend. Perhaps gravity forms would have a feature like this, http://www.gravityforms.com/, but I would double check with the authors to be sure.
