Dear Enfold,
I recently bought Enfold for my organization’s site: jeteurope.itI have some problems with the contact form, to cut it short when someone sends me something true it I do not receive anything.

This is usually a problem with the server. Have you double checked your email address for typos and tried sending a test email with the WP SMTP plugin?
If you haven’t done so already I would contact your hosting provider and double check with them that your using the correct SMTP server info.

ElliottHi Elliot as you can see the host is gmail so the SMTP should be theirs (?), I tried sending a lot of WP SMTP test with the result of getting a failure notification.

If the test emails are not sending then it’s not a theme issue.
Besides a typo or wrong setting in the plugin options I cannot think of why it wouldn’t be working. I would go ahead and read over these articles.
