Contact Form Select Element Customization

Hi there,

I have a few questions about customizing the select element on the contact form.

1) When you are clicking in the select element, it has a blue highlight, but when you click outside of the select element it changes color. How can I change both of these colors? I want them both to be this color: #C4A282

2) There is a scroll bar that appears when you are in the select element, it seems the default is black, but my backdrop is a very dark blue, so it is nearly invisible. Is there a way to change the color of the scroll bar?
