    Hi Enfold-Team,

    with reference to this (german) thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/kontaktformular-autoresponder-sie-statt-du/ I try to do the same thing: changing the subject line of the response mail after a user sent the contact form from “Vielen Dank für Deine Nachricht!” to “Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht.” and changing the bold written headline in the Email from “Deine Nachricht:” to “Ihre Nachricht:”.     I already change the language setting to “German (Sie)”, but the Subject line still has the informal “Du-Version”. I’m not confident in editing .php files. Is there any other possibility?

    Sorry for the late reply!

    Could you please use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ and update the strings as needed? If you would like us to look into it, please post WP admin logins and correct translation of the strings for “Sie” version :)
