We don’t receive any E-Mails when users use the Contact Form. Is there a solution to this problem?

We don’t have a developer in our team at this moment. Would you mind if we gave you access to the website so you can do it yourself because we don’t have any knowledge on this topic and we surely don’t want to ruin the website. ;)

Hi!

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.8 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

Hi,

Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/
