My contact form does not send me a submitted message but it is able to send the auto responder. I’m just using the built in theme form. I’m not sure when it stopped working. I just decided to give it a test try and realized there was a problem. Thanks for the help!

VinayThank you! So I’ll just use contact 7 now. Do you know why it will only send to my gmail? If I set it to send to my business email it doesn’t work. That seems strange.

Sounds like your business email isn’t able to receive messages, try contacting your e-mail hosting provider.

JosueSame issue here. I followed the instructions here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/ and made changes to the functions.php file.
Now the contact form sends the message and auto-response to me.
Appreciate the assistance.
(And BTW, how long has this issue been going on?)

The address you need to set in the code must be
wordpress, i’ve changed it and it worked (i did a test with my address).Please note that this not a problem that occurs to everyone and the reasons vary from user to user. In your case, your server only allows WordPress to send emails from the default WordPress address ( (Email address hidden if logged out) ).
