Contact form – not working/incomplete data?

HI there,

A user found our unfinished website and used the Contact Us form. The contact us form has 4 required fields (name, email, subject & message), but the email I received for the entry only included the user’s Name and Email address.

Where is this missing data? Was the user somehow able to submit the form without completing it?

I just tested it myself and it requires me to submit all four fields. I did a test entry, and haven’t received an email for it yet.
