I have gone through virtually all of the support threads on here trying to find a solution to my contact form not sending the form. After I fill out all the field and click send, the “thanks, you message has been sent” comes up but I never get the email.

I’ve tried doing all of the different things the past threads have said and nothing is working. I reverted back to the original settings of everything so I didn’t mess up my code. Can someone please help? My WordPress and theme files are all updated to the latest versions.

Hmmm I just tried the one that came with the dummy data. it shows my email as the default, but it has not arrived either :-( I too have checked every setting I can think of. Not a good thing. Hope we get an answer.

I usually use a plug in for contact form with a captcha.

    Hi alexmasica,

Are you using an email for your wordpress admin and the form that is based on your domain? Many hosts now have blocks in place to prevent sending out emails from the host that aren’t domain hosted email.

    Regards,

    Devin
