    I just downloaded the Enfold theme. I have tried the built-in contact for as well as Contact-Form-7. Each allows me to fill in the form but the built-in form never sent the email to either of 3 test email addresses. Contact-Form-7 gives me the following error message upon submission: Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.

    I have checked spam folders. The email isn’t going there either. Please help.

    Hey!

    Ask your hosting provider support to enable the PHP mail function.

    That’s what I’m using. I saw that advice in several other posts, so I tried it with no success.

    Well if you say a php mail script worked maybe is WordPress who is unable to send mails at all, to be honest we can’t do much from our end, as this is not a theme issue but a server one.

    I’m pretty sure this will happen with any theme activated (CF7 not sending emails). If your hosting support doesn’t want to help on an actual server issue, maybe switching would be your best choice. A lot of our users use WP Engine.
