    Hi, our contact form isn’t working anymore (at the end of the page):

    http://www.thiersch.com

    It used to work in the beginning, but now we recognized problems.
    It only works on my developer Windows-PC in Firefox, but not in Chrome and Explorer. And it doesn’t work on other computers or mobile phones.

    Please help us!

    Why do you think so?

    In the backend at “Enfold/Theme Update” it says:
    “No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.4.7)”

    And if I check the sourcecode of http://www.thiersch.com I see this:

    Hi!

    Your link is redirecting me to http://www.thiersch.com/eventfotograf-hamburg/, i was checking source code there.
    Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    (The redirection is okay, and there it says 3.4.7.)

    Okay … I de-activated ALL Plugins and it works fine now! :-)

    The reason I didn’t do that before:
    In the FAQs it says “If you see the contact form “Send” button is NOT responding then it could be that a plugin is causing a JavaScript conflict on the page. Deactivate all plugins and try again.” But in my case the send-button IS responding all the time. I always get “Thank you for your message!”.

    My plugin-list is this:
    – Duplicate Post
    – Enable Media Replace
    – Redirection
    – W3 Total Cache
    – WP Media Category Management
    – YOAST SEO

    Do you have any idea which plugin could be the problem?

    Hi,

    Try activating the plugins one by one and test the form in between, once it stops working you will know which one is causing the problem.

    Strange … I activated one by one and testet in between … and everything works. Except a few tests where it works one time and the other time not – although I didn’t change anything.
