    Hello,

    my Enfold site is up and running, but the contact form, doesn’t work.

    Do you have an idea, how I can fix this?

    After some testing and editing I would like to add:

    First I had 4 Forms on 4 pages set up. 3 of them worked well. Only the one on the home site didn’t sent any messages, not even errors. I tried to use the Plugin Contact form 7 but still no success on the home site.

    For now I removed the contact form on the home site, but would like to have it there as well.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. So you are saying that neither the built in contact form element in the theme, or a Contact Form 7 plugin form is not working when added the front page of your site?

    I tried logging in with the details you provided but the is htaccess login prompt on the login page, please post those details in private as well.

    Hey,

    Spammers usually send emails from @qq.com so i believe there is a great chance that it is being blocked by anti spam.

    Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask if that could be the case?

    Hi Carl,

    If the CF7 works for you, you might want to stick to it. It can be that php mail function does not work too well with the tencent email service.

    Hello Victoria,

    I have two website(A&B), both on bluehost and use tencent email service.

    The only difference is the A use “real factory” theme while B use “enfold” theme. Now A website contact form 7 use good, but B website contact form 7 sending email not working.

    Well, yeah. I wrote in the private box and you cannot see it since you did not start the thread.

    Please start a separate thread, describe your issue there and give us a link to your website.
