    Contact form mails are not being received. WP Mail Log doesn’t give faults, errors.

    I contacted hosting. They told me, there is an issue with the formatting of the ‘From’ adress.
    They came up with this error: TO_NO_BRKTS_HTML_ONLY.
    Headers: Content-type: text/html; charset=utf-8 From: Business < (Email address hidden if logged out) >. They say it has something to do with < > in the from adress.

    This is causing the server to drop the mails as spam. What to do?

    Hey spitsdesign,

    We are using the native email function and nothing else. If this is happening then they are stoping sending all the emails not only ours that come from WordPress.
