    For a few weeks now I have been trying to get my contact form issues fixed. I keep getting different css to fix the issues but that just leads to more issues.
    I want a basic contact form that works properly. Having anything more doesn’t work with enfold and support give me different css codes to fix issues.
    The form now has different colors in the input fields. I originally wanted them changed from black, now 3 are white and 3 are black. I do not receive emails sent via the contact form and the the auto-respond doesn’t work when sending an email and when you hit send on the form the whole form disappears with no message and the form is gone completely from the page.
    I will have to use contact 7 form because the enfold inquiry form does not work at all.

    Hey Darren,
    Are you using Cloudflare CDN? It has an Email Address Obfuscation feature which causes issues with the form.
    Another known issue is if you use a gmail or yahoo address in your form and send a test message using the same address gmail will mark as spam and hide the message. Have you also checked with all of your plugins disabled?
    There are updates being made to the contact form element in the next update, have you been happy with contact 7?

    no I’m not using Cloudfare CDN and not using gmail or yahoo.
    I just want a contact form that works properly. I think I’ve had 4 different mods give me 4 different css and still it doesn’t work. The enfold contact form does not work at all. So I have to use this ugly contact 7 form with different colored input fields.
    Seems these updates have been coming for a long time?
    Just a bit frustrated.

    Hi,
    When you say “The enfold contact form does not work at all” you mean you don’t receive the emails?
    Can you create a test page with the contact form in it, and include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look?
    My install is on a localhost which will not send email, so I can’t test on my end.
