Hi

My contact form is not working. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps, but to no avail. It is not the host, as I checked with them already. Help please!

What exactly is the issue with the contact form? Are you unable to send emails or you receive no notifications? Could you please please provide a little more detail as to the issue you are experiencing.

Hi Jordan

The issue is the contact form appears to be working fine – it says the message has been sent – but then it never arrives at the designated inbox, so website users are sending mail that we never receive.

Hi, I am receiving the same problem. When I send a test message from my contact form taks.org.uk/contact it says the message has been sent

but the message never arrives.
The host is go-daddy.
Please could you advice.
