    after filling all the details press submit button. “send message” confirmation shown, but not delivered to email id.

    Please confirm where I have to provide FTP and login details.

    I try the provide solution by your in the refer link.

    Result is that solution no 1-3 not working, but solution no 4 try via third-party plugin “Contact form 7” is working.

    Please suggest and guide what is the issue with in-built contact form plugin.

    Hi,

    Please post the login details here. We would like to check the settings. Are you using a domain email? Note that there’s a chance that this is a server related issue so getting in touch with your hosting provider will definitely help.
