Folks, we just re-launched our website yesterday and everything was working fine till some hours back. One person who filled out the contact form said the email bounced. We got our last email from it at 5 am this morning [13 hours ago].
I haven’t changed any settings and it was working earlier. Anything you can suggest?

ElliottAugust 12, 2015 at 12:34 am #486251I’m having the same issue with Enfold contact form not sending emails to me or another person at another address. The form was sending emails last night.
1) I deactivated the only plugin I have installed since last night. – Still no emails from the Enfold contact form
2) I DID receive the email about resetting my password. – Still no emails from the Enfold contact form
3) I did try contact form 7 – Still no emails from the Enfold contact form
4) I have the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of Enfold
5) I AM ABLE to receive emails from another Enfold contact form on another site I administer. This other site is hosted with the same hosting company but on a different hosting plan than the site I’m having problems with.
6) I checked my junk mail and the messages are not there.Any ideas?

The mail finally did arrive. T (Email address hidden if logged out) ? It reached my mail account about three hours after you sent me the note. While it arrived late, I’m just glad it arrived.
Any ideas on why it arrived late? We had one bounced email case that we know of.

I’m not sure. I would contact your hosting provider and let them know about this to see what they say.

ElliottAugust 13, 2015 at 12:52 pm #487151Thanks Elliott. Seems to be working fine now. As long as one mail arrives, it means the system works.
I’m about to change the hosting service provider from Hetzner to HostGator. Let’s hope that fixes it and many other issues.
