    Hi there.

    I’m having trouble receiving emails from the contact form using the Enfold theme. I can complete the form and the submit button works fine but I don’t receive the email in my inbox.

    Can you please help me?

    Hey!

    Please set-up a test form with this plugin to discard if the issue is coming from the theme.

    I have exactly the same problem – my site is not live yet but I setup a news subscribe on coming soon page not realising no emails are being received. Used different emails and empty for wordpress default. But no change. The front end functionality works fine.

    Hi!

    Have you tried Contact Form 7 plugin and checked if it works? If you have and it did not work as well, please ask your host service provider to enable the mail PHP function.

    Hi Yigit, i’ve installed / configured Contact Form 7 as suggested and it worked 1st time.
