Hello,
I’m having issues with my contact form not appearing after updating wordpress to the latest version. I’ve reinstalled the entire theme twice (newest version) and it still has not resolved my issue.your assistance is appreciated!

I’ve realized that my theme is not updating for some reason. In my dashboard my version is showing as 1.9.1
I moved the theme install to a temp folder and recopied my theme into the themes folder and still has not updated.I’m not sure what to do at this point

Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.6.1 via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/ and flush browser cache and refresh your page a few times – http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Hard_Refresh

The login info do not work, Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.
If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Vinayclearing and deleting transients did not help my situation. hard refresh also did not help. i’ve also tested out a few different browsers.
