The contact form element is not sending the contact form to all emails in the list.
I have checked the spam folder of the emails that are not receiving the form and that is not the issue. I know the contact form is doing what it is suppose to do because the other email accounts in the list are receiving the email.
There are 4 email accounts that should receive the email and only one of them is receiving.
I tried removing all of the email accounts and put one of the emails that was not receiving the email in by itself and it still didn’t receive the email.
I have also tried some other random email accounts and they all seem to be working just fine in the form element. The emails that are not receiving the contact form work fine, they send and receive emails with no issues.
Totally lost on this one, any ideas?
Thank you for your help!
January 18, 2017 at 6:14 pm #735460Your best bet is to set up the WP SMTP email plugin and send your mail through an honest-to-goodness email box on your mail server. Some email providers are very finicky about what messages they will allow in. Messages sent from a web server (rather than a real email box) can get hung up. If it comes from a real email box though your chances of deliverability go up dramatically.

If this thread is still open I will post the results here.
Thank you.

We will do leave it, to get an update or still let us know if it will not work and we can see where else the issue is listed.
Thank you

BasilisFebruary 7, 2017 at 5:44 am #743673Okay, I have half way solved this issue.
I tried using some SMTP plugins and had no luck.
I did some more research and found that I was able to go into my Godaddy account and do the following on the Cpanel:
Solution for Cpanel:
Access cpanel, email, MX Entry, select domain, select Remote Mail Exchanger and change. This fixed the issue and everything works great.
Other issue, I am having the same issue with a website on a Managed WordPress website and it doesn’t have this option so I am working on figuring out how to get this done, will post the solution here if this is still open when I figuring it out.
Thanks.
