Hi
One of the contact forms on my website is not sending emails and also when a user hits ‘send’ it is not displaying the short ‘your message has been sent’ content.
I have another contact form on a separate page (same website) but this does send emails (to the same destination email address as the form that doesn’t work) and also it does display the message. I tried the solutions shown here but http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/ but they don’t resolve the issue.Any thoughts? (Login and links to the forms are in private sections)

I just tested the form, with email: (Email address hidden if logged out) and it worked just fine, you can check the email you recieved

BasilisNope, no email received Basilis. I’ve just been back and tested it with my own email address and that’s not received either. Also, the form is still not displaying the ‘message sent’ after the user clicks Submit.
*Update*
Guys, I’ve found and fixed the problem here – but there is a glitch in the Contact Form…
If you select ‘Valid Number’ in the Form Element Validation field it breaks the form and stops it emailing out etc. I changed mine to Valid Telephone Number and it works now.Please feel free to close the ticket.
