Contact Form not Sending

Hi
I checked everything on the checklist of http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails/
and nothing is working. The button sends ok and the recipient receives the email but we do not get the information from the contact form.

But this issue was solved because the only plugin i had active was the coming soon. Once i deactivated this it worked perfectly only once.

So now i have no idea what to do please help

i have activated coming soon again – it is ok to disable temporarily if you work on the site
