Contact form not returning notification email

Hi,
I’m not receiving notification emails when someone fills out the contact forms on my site.
Running the latest version of enfold.
I’ve tested with notification email addresses for my domain and gmail and neither get a response.
I do get an autoresponder email on the forms that have that option enabled.

Following the threads in the forums I’ve tested contact form 7 and I do get a notification email using this plugin.
I also installed the email logging plugin and get no error codes.

I’m holding back a product launch until this is resolved because I’ve gotten a couple of emails from clients saying that they placed an order and then didn’t hear from me. So it’s time sensitive.
