Contact Form not fully working

– WordPress & Enfold are both up-to-date to the latest as of time of writing
– Emails from WordPress “reset password” link DO work
– External emails to the default Contact Form email address also DO work
– The autoresponder message does work

So what’s the issue?

– I don’t receive any of the emails initiated via the Contact form on the website
– If I use the contact form on the website, a message would come up saying “Your message is sent”. I do get the “Thank you” email from the autoresponder, but that is all. No actual emails are coming through to main email address

Things I have done:
– Changed the Mail to SMTP, tested and works well
– Ensured email address is (Email address hidden if logged out) , and that email/alias is also working
– Removed and recreated several contact forms but still same issue
– Don’t want to use Contact Form 7, because Enfold is running on a different website, and the default Contact Form is working well

I’m at a lost. Please advise.
