I have 5-6 contact forms on this site, I’ve checked them all by submitting them, they all work apart from one. For some reason this form http://theimplantcentre.com/cpd2/ just isn’t getting through to (Email address hidden if logged out) . Please can you look into it.

I made a contact form here with my mail, made a test and it didn’t work, so i think this may be a server issue rather than a theme one:
http://theimplantcentre.com/test/Also, when i first loaded the Dashboard this message came up:
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘phpmailerException’ with message ‘Invalid address: ‘ in /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php:797 Stack trace: #0 /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/easy-wp-smtp/easy-wp-smtp.php(131): PHPMailer->setFrom(”, ”) #1 [internal function]: swpsmtp_init_smtp(Object(PHPMailer)) #2 /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/plugin.php(546): call_user_func_array(‘swpsmtp_init_sm…’, Array) #3 /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/pluggable.php(500): do_action_ref_array(‘phpmailer_init’, Array) #4 /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceClass.php(2727): wp_mail(‘rupert@rupertje…’, ‘[Wordfence Aler…’, ‘This email was …’) #5 /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceClass.php(748): wordfence::alert(‘Admin Login’, ‘A user with use…’, ‘181.64.187.97’) #6 [internal function]: wordfence::loginAction(‘Kriesi’) #7 /homepages/ in /homepages/38/d361692157/htdocs/wordpress/wp-includes/class-phpmailer.php on line 797
Best regards,
JosueSeptember 10, 2014 at 2:29 pm #316590I’ve tested the email login details in my mail software and it sends and receives fine using the same details I’ve loaded into Easy SMTP WP. It’s a POP account is that acceptable?
September 10, 2014 at 3:06 pm #316634Hey!
Have you tried it with a third-party mail like yahoo, gmail, etc?
Best regards,
JosueSeptember 10, 2014 at 4:35 pm #316727I’ve removed the Easy SMTP WP plugin as it clearly wasn’t connecting and I believe it was preventing the forms from getting through.
I’ve just tested this form http://theimplantcentre.com/contact/haywards-heath-request-a-call-back/ and I’ve had confirmation that it’s got through. So we have an issue that some forms are working and others aren’t. Is there anyway of checking a form without having to send it? Why might some forms be working and others not?
I’m not sure I understand what you mean regarding a third party mail, sending it to a third party mail? If some are working and others aren’t surely it’s not a problem with the email accounts is it?
September 10, 2014 at 5:29 pm #316791P.S. these are the two forms that aren’t getting through…
http://dentists.theimplantcentre.com/referral-form/
http://theimplantcentre.com/CPD2They are much longer than the other forms could this affect it?
September 11, 2014 at 8:48 am #317198Sorry to hassle but please can someone respond to this asap as I’ve got a live site with two contact forms not working.
September 11, 2014 at 8:59 am #317205Hi!
Try installing this plugin to force WP pass mail sendings via SMTP, you’d need to configure it:
