    Hey Kriesi-Team,
    When we save a site – including a contact form – as a template and copy/open the template into another site, unfortunately the contact form is not working correct.
    We didn’t get any booking confirmation e-mail until we deleted the contact form and created a new one.
    Is there a possibility to see, if someone did a booking during the time we have not been aware of this (The last 2 weeks)?

    Hey Michael!

    No, unfortunately the Enfold build-in form does not store a record of submissions. You could check your access log perhaps.

    ok, thank you. But what do we do about the issue, that the contact form is not working? Either we or the costumer doesn’t receive any notification. We also have the problem of sending spam mails from the contact forms. Any plugin recommended to avoid this?

    That sound more of a server/domain issue, i’d suggest using this plugin to have more control over the email headers:

    Also, there is an extension that let you store the submissions in the DB:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/
