    Hi,

    We have a website where we collect leads to do sales.

    After last update our contact form isn’t working properly. It doesn’t sent notification e-mails to use.

    So what happens is
    1) Customer submit
    2) Customer redirect to thank you page
    3) Customer receives e-mail from us
    4) We should receive e-mail notification which we don’t get.

    So we don’t receive notification e-mail, could you please help us out how to fix this.

    Hi again,

    We tried everything mentioned in the document send.

    Only option 2 works, so if I use “Lost your password”, we get an e-mail.

    But when I use the code nothing happens and I changed the e-mail address to our e-mail address.

    Hope you can help us out.

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Thank you for your help!

    We indeed receive some e-mails now. But when I do some tests it takes a while before we receive the application.
    Could it be that the application is moderated by the website first?
