Hi,
I’m using the contact form inside the page builder in one of my page and I would like to know if that’s possible to add a hidden field because I need to get the client IP.
Moreover, the reception is not working in our side. Do you have any solution?
Please advice
Thank you
Hey Lev!
Thank you for using Enfold.
That is not possible with the default contact form. Try to use Contact Form 7 + this extension to create hidden fields: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-modules/
Cheers!
Ismael
OK
But do you have a way to show up the IP of the client without an hidden field so?
Please let me know
Thanks !
Hey!
That will require custom coding. Refer to these links for more info:

Hi,
Do you have an idea why the reception of my form is not working ????
Multiple adresses are written in the reception with commas between them (as explained).
Why no one of us is getting the email?
Any idea???

Hi,
I need to send with SMTP of rackspace.
Any idea how it should work?
Please let me know.
Thanks
Hi!
A plugin such as WP SMTP, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smtp/, will switch WordPress to use SMTP mail instead of PHP mail.
