Contact form in slider, non circular testimonials

Hi,
I’m changing my current site, VanTasks.ie to use enfold, the test site is located at: http://wtclients.com/clients/vantask/

I want the whole redesign to be done within the enfold general options and no code customisations done so when there is a WP/Enfold update, there won’t be any breakages, or if there is, they will be fixed with the next WP/Enfold update or patch and I won’t need to go back to my developer.

I am also redesigning my van signage at present, which you can see the new layout on the slider image on the test site. I want the site to follow a similar feel. You can see the current live site has a contact form beside the slider along with phone number too.

I’m looking for a solution that will allow the contact form close to the top. I had my developer try put it in the slider but it required customisation to appear properly on mobile which I don’t want. Is there any way to include a contact form inside the slider and having it fully responsive with the theme options?

You can also see at the bottom of the current site, I had a custom testimonial slide built where it displayed all logos and on hover, changed the review below. I’m happy to use the enfold testimonial slide, but one problem is the company logos are all being cut off as it seems to be designed for circular avatars. Is it possible to change this and just have the logo as is appear without any theme customisations?
