    Hi, I have a contact form in my slider. Everything okay, I can send it but no success message and no email is coming to my inbox.
    The other forms on the page are working
    Do you see any errors?

    Thank you, but the link is only in private data.
    I created the following code in the editor and put it inside the HTML field of the Layer Slider.
    The form works inside a “normal” page, but not inside the Layer slider

    I took a look at your form, but I don’t see any errors, I do see that the form response is not showing.
    Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Thank you Mike, please find in the private content the login.
    The response is not showing and the mail is not sent. The same form on a “normal” page is working.
    We tested it.

    Hi,
    Sorry for the late reply, I tested your layerslider form by adding my email address to it and I received a sent message & the email.
    I see that you have a hidden second form under the first, which could be causing the conflict when it was not hidden.
    Please check again, I believe you’ll find that it’s working.

    Hi Mike,
    thank you for taking a look. You are right, there was an old hidden form on the page. I deleted it.
    But the form inside the layerslider is still not working. No sent message and I don’t get emails.
    This is magic, because I saw that you got emails.
    Please can you be so kind and take a look again.

    Hi,
    I checked again and it worked. I checked on the German language page. Perhaps try disabling any AD blocker or social media blocker in your browser, if you have one. Perhaps take a look in your spam folder, and don’t use the same email as the one in your form.
    I’m using the Chrome browser on Windows, it should not matter though.

    thank you!
    I realy get crazy. It does not work. I tried different computers, different Browsers, always the same, it does not work. I do not have any Blockers or anything else in my browsers and I tried from and to different emails :((
    I too have an developer account where I tried a slider with nothing only the form and the same form on the same page.
    The form outside the slider works, the other not. It is the same if I have just the form inside the slider on the page.
    The other funny thing is, that the datepicker (Ankunft, Abreise) sometimes works and sometime not (mostly I have to clear the browsers cache).
    Maybe you can try again and maybe you have any ideas, what I can try.

    Hi,
    I tried the form again when logged out and it didn’t work, I have asked the rest of the team for ideas on this, Thank you for your patience.

    Also the reason the calendar was not working is because the option at Enfold Theme Options > Performance > Disable Template Builder Elements was not set to: Always load all elements so the calendar was not loading correctly, I changed this for you.
