Hi, the contact form has gone missing from my live site (http://christopherdoyle.net.au/contact). The submit button is still there but no form to fill in.
It is still in my control panel but not on the site. I have tried deleting it and putting it again but it made no difference. I also created another page and put a new contact form on it but got same problem – submit button with no form.
Please let me know how to get form back!
