Hi, when a client sends a question via contact form the “from” area comes with no-reply mode.
I need that the from area comes with the client email, so I can answer.I attach an image to show what I mean.
Just in case, I´m using the WP-mail-SMTP plugin. Thanks

January 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm #734703Hi,
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
Also update your WordPress.
Does this issue happens when using a default WP theme as well?
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 17, 2017 at 2:58 pm #734730If I try with a default theme my menu dissappears and I can´t find the option to send a contact form. So I will have to update everything to see if that is the problem.
thanksJanuary 18, 2017 at 7:14 pm #735482Hi,
what do you mean it disappears? you could just activate a default WP theme, open your link of the websites which contains your contact form and check if the same thing is happening or not. We need to make sure what’s the root of the issue.
Best regards,
AndyJanuary 18, 2017 at 7:21 pm #735488Hello, I mean that If I change to a default theme and open to the page that contains the contact form, the page is this (attached image). I can´t fill the form and send it, to see what happens.
Thanks

try Contact Form 7 plugin and check if this is working better for you. This plugin works fine with Enfold and you’ve got many more options.
