Hi Folks,
Since the new update, my contact form doesn’t seem to work anymore.
I dont receive any emails but most importantly, there is no success/error message on the form itself, making me think this is not related to my email provider. Could you please advise?Btw, i just added the transparent header function and noticed one issue. When i refresh the page by clicking on the logo, the logo disappears in the header – did i miss something in the implementation?
Thanks

I changed the e-mail to make a test and the message arrive successfully – http://screencast.com/t/IZYZZbtIDEw, have you tried with a gmail/yahoo account?
I’m not noting the logo refresh issue neither.
Regards,
JosueAugust 28, 2014 at 11:45 am #310362Hi Josue
I received an email when you did the test too – so email sending seems to work.
The issue i noticed is that when an user fills the form
. no error messages are displayed when they add a wrong email
. When clicking submit, nothing is happening (the form is still here)
. And there is no confirmation message too.I tried on mac (safari, chrome) and pc (firefox) and have this issue.
For the logo refresh issue, it is maybe some cached from previous changes. I tried from another laptop and the logo appears.
Thanks

Thanks for the video.
Really weird indeed. I tried from another mac book and didnt work again. I checked the css quickly and there is no event triggered when looking at the code. Does the code looks clean on your side? using different devices? Thanks again for your help

I tried again and the form behaved as expected, i’ll ask my colleagues to see if they can reproduce the issue.
Cheers!
