    Hi

    website: http://www.kellyssashwindows.co.uk

    When using the contact form in Enfold I’m having a problem….

    I complete the section below

    “Your email address
    Enter one or more Email addresses (separated by comma) where mails should be delivered to.”

    with our email address: (Email address hidden if logged out)

    …but we don’t receive the contact message from the website. If I also add my gmail account (separated by a comma) I do get the contact message coming to that account.

    Can you advise

    Please set-up a test form with this plugin to discard if the issue is coming from the theme.

    Hi Josue

    Thanks – I installed CF7 plugin on a test page – it will send emails to email accounts other than those on the same domain as the website ie @kellyssashwindows.co.uk

    The contact form in Enfold is the same – will send the email to any other email account except …@kellyssashwindows.co.uk

    I’d really appreciate your advice

    Seems to be a server issue then, unfortunately there is little we can do from our end, i’d suggest contacting your service provider support.
